Description

The Customer Service Representative position involves a great deal of contact with the public.  CSR’s must be friendly, pleasant, accommodating, cheerful, well-groomed, helpful, out-going and get along well with people.  As the CSR, the main priority is to insure that each customer or opportunity that we come in contact with is catered to in such a fashion that every need or desire that they may have is satisfied to the best of our ability.  The CSR must maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with fellow employees, vendors, customers and insurance adjusters.  The CSR must also practice our core values in all that they do: Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork and Profit Focus.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers in a professional manner by acknowledging the customer as soon as possible
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Customer Service Center (CSC)
  • Follow up on Accounts Receivables (ARs) to ensure payment is received within 30 days
  • Identify and document customer needs by asking questions
  • Educate the customer about the claim and repair processes
  • Handle all aspects of the repairs with the customer from start to finish (check-in to delivery)
  • Making sure we have the necessities to begin repairs (i.e. signed repair authorization, direct repair assignment, etc.)
  • Answering customer calls and/or returning voicemails promptly
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with Enterprise Rent-A-Car
  • Creating office files and shop files for each repair
  • Lead morning review
  • Updating customers in a timely manner as they request and documented in Nexconnex
  • Gathering totals for the daily deposit
  • Creating final bills/warranties for customers
  • Delivering customer file in Nexconnex and requesting final upload
  • Ability to handle tow-ins
  • Customer contact (Wow! The customer)
  • Maintain a neat, clean and orderly office and customer waiting area
  • Maintain a positive environment for internal and external customers
  • Ability to make routine decisions
  • Sales ability with good listening skills
  • Attend Customer Service/Sales Training

Educational Requirements

High School+

Experience Requirements

Industry experience is not required – we can teach you the business.
