Description

The Customer Call Center position involves a great deal of contact with the public.  The individual must be friendly, pleasant, accommodating, cheerful, well-groomed, helpful, out-going and get along well with people.  In the Call Center, the main priority is to insure that each customer or opportunity that we come in contact with is catered to in such a fashion that every need or desire that they may have is satisfied to the best of our ability.  This individual must maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with fellow employees, vendors, customers and insurance adjusters.  They must also practice our core values in all that they do: Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork and Profit Focus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive environment for internal and external customers
  • Maintain a neat, clean and orderly sales and support center
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with each location
  • WOW the customer
  • Identify and document customer needs by asking questions and appropriately respond
  • Sell collision services via the phone and schedule repairs per capacity at each location
  • Schedule repairs and visuals with customers
  • Educate the customer about the claim and repair processes
  • Answering customer calls and/or returning voicemails promptly
  • Document all internal and external customer interactions in Nexconnex
  • Ability to make routine decisions
  • Sales ability with good listening skills
  • Attend Customer Service/Sales Training
  • Capture referral information for each customer

Educational Requirements

High School+

Experience Requirements

Industry experience is not required – we can teach you the business.
