Event Description

Attendees will earn 1 CE credit and lunch will be provided.

Attendees of this class will receive guidelines and suggestions for setting realistic expectations with their customers that are involved in the collision repair process. Some topics covered include identifying damages; claim related and prior damage, differences in parts as well as potential issues that can cause delays.
