To take the first step in that process, simply call our Central Service Center at 636-305-8288. Once we know what your situation is, we can discuss the Repair Authorization Form with you and schedule a repair time that’s convenient for you. Alternatively, you can schedule on-line.

In addition to making the process easy for you, we also guarantee the workmanship of the repair work we perform. Schaefer Autobody Centers guarantees its work as long as you own your car. Every customer receives a copy of our Lifetime Repair Guarantee when repairs are completed.


Being without your car doesn’t have to be a major inconvenience. If you need towing or pick-up services to our shop, a rental car while your vehicle is in our shop, or delivery of your vehicle once repairs are completed, Schaefer is happy to assist you with any of these services.
