What should I look for when choosing a collision repair shop? Choosing a shop you trust is very important. Some points to consider are: Most reputable shops will require their technicians to have advanced training from a national organization such as the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) or National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification. Our technicians are required to attend on going training to keep their certifications current, Ask for a recommendation from your local insurance agent. Most local agents have experience with shops in your area and will give you recommendations based on experience from their customers who have had prior repairs. Ask for the shop's written repair guarantee.
Can I just drop off my vehicle without an estimate if I know I want the shop to do the repairs? If you already know you want the shop to do the repairs then an estimate is not necessary. However, to expedite the repair process the shop will want to schedule a convenient time for you to drop off your vehicle. The shop may also want you to stop in to take photos and gather appropriate information so parts can be pre ordered. This helps eliminate delays in the repair process and allows you to be without your vehicle for fewer days.
Will you work with my insurance company? Yes. We have relationships with most major insurance companies and will work directly with your adjuster to expedite the repair process.
How will I pay for my repairs? We accept credit cards, cash, debit cards, cashier's checks and insurance checks. If you have a deductible it must be paid at repair completion.
Do I have to pay my deductible? Yes. The deductible is your responsibility to pay. Occasionally shops are asked to waive or lower the deductible. That is insurance fraud and illegal. We expect the deductible at the time you pick up your vehicle. If coming up with your deductible is a concern we will consider other payment arrangements on a case by case basis.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle? The repair time depends on the extent of the damage. Once our team of experts inspects the damage they will give you an expected delivery date. Our Customer Service Representative will update you throughout the repair process as frequently as you request to be updated. Should there be a change in the delivery date you will be contacted.
What kind of parts will be used on my car? Three types of parts may be used during the repair process:
Will the paint color you use match my vehicle? Yes. Our experienced paint professionals can duplicate the finish on your vehicle. We use a computerized color retrieval system to create the correct formula for your car.

Your rental car can be delivered to our shop and dropped off at our shop when you pick up your vehicle. We can also make arrangements with other rental car companies at your request.
Will my rental car be covered if I do not pickup right when the vehicle is ready? Insurance companies only pay for the rental car until the repairs on the vehicle are completed.
Can I drop off or pick up my vehicle after normal business hours? We are open 7:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday. However we understand these times may not always be convenient for you. Talk to our customer service representative about our free after hours drop off and pick up services and our free towing services.

Do I need to call my insurance company if the accident was not my fault? We usually recommend you contact your insurance company so they know what happened from your point of view.
Why do you need my email address? We can email the estimate and photos to you. We can also update you on the progress of your repair via email.
Do you have someone who can perform paintless dent repair at your location. Yes. We have technicians certified to perform paintless dent repair.
Can I wash or wax my vehicle after it is repaired? We recommend not to wax your car for 60 - 90 days. We do recommend using a touchless car wash to wash off bird droppings right away.
