THEY DID THE BEST THEY COULD WITH GETTING THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER CONSIDERING THE PARTS AVAILABILITY. OKECHUKWU (OAK) Webster Im not having major complications with my vehicle like I did the previous time I picked it up. However, I still believe it is not where it was before the accident. There is a noticably (audible and physical) repetitive thump when the car is moving slowly with the brake pressed. Im not sure what the sound and feeling means, but Id rather not have it development into something more serious, such as damage to another part. Other than that, I think the car looks and responds great. Oak

KAREN Ellisville Dear Steve: I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your company. I brought in the Ford not knowing if the problem was related to the accident or not. Your employees listened to me as I explained what was wrong and immediately took the car to see what they could do. Not only did they fix they problem, but they also reimbursed me the money we had spent at another business to fix the problem(which they did not).
