Event Description

Attendees will receive guidelines and suggestions for setting realistic expectations for their customers who are involved in the collision repair / claim process.  Some topics covered include differences in parts, claim related and prior damage and common issues that can cause delays. Our courses do not require a final exam at the completion of the course. Attendees will receive 1 hour of continuing education credits.
