Attendees will receive 3 ethic credit hours and breakfast will be provided.
Through the information provided and the discussions during the course the attendees will gain knowledge on how ethics relates to the Insurance and Collision Repair Industry. We will also explain ways to recognize red flags that will indicate a potential ethical issue with any party involved in the repair process. Examples of potential unethical practices will be shared. This will help identify ways to protect clients involved in a repair; being the person having their vehicle repaired, the responsible party for the damages (individual, company or insurance) as well as the repair facility.
